About the AdPlugg Snippet

The AdPlugg Snippet is a JavaScript based add-on that will work on any website. It allows you to easily place ads on your blog or any other type of site. The AdPlugg Snippet only needs to be installed once on the site, after that, all changes can be quickly and easily made from within the AdPlugg ad management console.

If your site runs on WordPress, you can add the code to your site using our WordPress Ad Plugin instead.

How does it work?

The AdPlugg Snippet consists of a JavaScript SDK and a set of HTML5 tags. Add the JavaScript SDK and one of the tags to your page and AdPlugg will handle the rest.

The tag can be added anywhere on your site but most often it's added to the sidebar — where any number of ads can usually be displayed without affecting the layout of the site.

The tag tells the AdPlugg SDK the location within the layout of the page where you want your ads to display. Once you've placed the tag, you can control everything through the ad manager control panel at adplugg.com. From within the control panel, you can create ads, enable ads, choose to display multiple ads, order your ads, schedule ads, and much more. In addition, you can view analytical reports and track the performance of each ad.
