Thanks for using AdPlugg. This Privacy Policy explains the what, how, and why of the information we collect when you use AdPlugg. It also explains the specific ways we use and disclose that information.

When we say "we", "us", "our", the "Company" or “AdPlugg”, we’re referring to Third Set Productions, d/b/a AdPlugg, a State of California sole proprietorship. AdPlugg provides online systems that are used to create, buy, sell, manage and serve advertising campaigns (the “Services”). We provide the Services through our website https://www.adplugg.com (the “Website”).

We also collect Anonymous Information, which is information about a User but that cannot reasonably be used to personally identify you. Lastly we collect Aggregate Information which is information about groups or categories of Users, this information is also anonymous and cannot reasonably be used to personally identify you.

If there are any changes to this Privacy Policy, we’ll post them on the Website and they will be effective as of the date that they were posted to the Website. Please revisit the Website and this page to stay aware of any changes. The date the privacy policy was last revised is identified at the top of the page. Your continued use of our Website and Services constitutes your agreement to this Privacy Policy and any future revisions.

3. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

To provide the Services to you, AdPlugg collects the following types of Information:

Demographic Information

Through your various interactions with us and the service, we may gather demographic information regarding you. That information may include your, name, physical address, email address, phone number, and other details like gender, occupation, and other demographic information.

Billing Information

When you subscribe to our paid service we will collect billing information such as your billing address and payment details. AdPlugg passes this data onto our third party billing service providers (see below).

Information Regarding Your Usage of the Services

We may get information about how and when you use the Services. This information may include your IP address, time, date, browser used, and actions taken by you within the application. This information may be obtained by the use of Cookies and/or Web Beacons (see below).

4. HOW WE COLLECT INFORMATION

Forms, Emails, Forums and Other Interactions

When you register to use the Services, communicate with our customer service team, send us an email, or post on our blogs or forums, you’re giving us information that we collect.

Cookies

Cookies help to enhance your experience on the web. We use cookies to do things such as keep users logged and measure the performance of our website.

Web Beacons

To measure the performance of our marketing efforts (both on our website and in our emails), we may include single pixel gifs, also called web beacons. Web beacons allow us to collect information about when you open an email or view a web page.

5. HOW WE USE PERSONAL INFORMATION

To Promote Our Services

We may use your Personal Information (such as your email address) to promote our services to you. For example, if you leave your Personal Information when you visit our Website and don’t sign up for any of the Services, we may send you an email asking whether you want to sign up. And if you use any of our Services, and we think you might benefit from using another service we offer, we may send you an email telling you about it. You can stop receiving our promotional emails by following the unsubscribe instructions included in every email.

For Billing and Collections

We may use your Personal Information (such as your billing address or credit card number) to bill or collect money owned to us. This includes sending you emails, invoices, receipts, notices of delinquency, and alerting you if we need a different credit card number. We use third parties for secure credit card transaction processing, and we send billing information to those third parties to process your orders and credit card payments. To provide you with the Service and support, we may need to use your Personal Data for the following reasons:

6. THIRD PARTIES

Limited Use Of Third Parties

AdPlugg is committed to sharing as little of your Personal Information as possible with Third Parties.

Whenever possible, we limit the amount of Personal Data that these Third Parties receive while still allowing them to function.

We are very selective with the Third Parties that we choose to partner with and only select Third Party partners that we believe are committed to personal privacy.

Use of Anonymous Data

Whenever possible, we utilize Third Parties that only use anonymous or aggregated data or provide options for such data use restrictions.

Required Third Parties

AdPlugg uses a number of Third Parties for operations that are required in order to proved the Services.

These Required Third Parties include:

  • Billing Partners We share you billing data with our billing partners so that we can do things such as processing your credit card.

Non-Essential Third Parties Integrations

AdPlugg works with some some Third Parties that provide non-essential integrations. For example, our advertising partners may provide a way for us to retarget visitors or track conversions. These have been disabled for users that are not logged into the service. Logged in users may turn these integrations off from the Privacy Preferences screen (available from within the system).

Protecting Your Personal Information

Public Forums

Our Website includes message boards, conversation pages, blogs, social community environments, profile pages, and other forums that are publicly accessible. Any information you include in one of these forums can be read, collected, and used by anyone. If your Personal Information appears in one of these forums and you’d like it to be removed, please contact us.

Links to Third-Party Sites

Our Website include links to other websites whose privacy practices may be different from AdPlugg’s. If you submit Personal Information to any of those sites, your information is governed by their privacy policies. We encourage you to carefully read the privacy policy of any Website you visit.

7. DATA OWNERSHIP

As mentioned above, AdPlugg believes that you own your Personal Information. At any time, you have the right to request and receive a copy of your Personal Information or to have it purged from our systems.

Data Export

AdPlugg does not store any personal data regarding users of the site who have not registered for an account.

If you are a Registered User, you can request a copy of your Personal Information from the Privacy Preferences screen (available from within the system).

8. DATA TRANSFERS

Storage and Transfer of Personal Data

AdPlugg is based in the United States. Personal Information that we collect may be transferred to, and stored at, any of our affiliates, partners or service providers which may be inside or outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”) and Switzerland, including the United States. By using the Services, you agree to such transfers. Your Personal Information may be transferred to countries that do not have the same data protection laws as the country in which you initially provided the information. When we transfer or disclose your Personal Information to other countries, we will protect that information as described in this Privacy Policy.

9. MINORS

Children under 13 Years of Age

While our advertising services may reach individuals of any age, we do not knowingly or intentionally collect Personal Information from children under 13. We also do not allow users of our Services to target children under 13 years of age. If you are under 13, do not use or provide any Personal Information on this Website, register on the Website, make any purchases through the Website, use any of the interactive or public comment features of the Website or provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address or any screen name or user name you may use. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. 10. SECURITY

Notice of Breach of Security

Nobody’s safe from hackers. If a security breach causes an unauthorized intrusion into our system that materially affects you, then AdPlugg will notify you as soon as possible and later report the action we took in response.

Safeguarding Your Information

We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration and disclosure. All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers behind firewalls. All transactions involving confidential information (such as authentication credentials or payment details) are encrypted using SSL technology.

We do everything in our power to keep your password secure. This includes hashing it when it is stored (meaning it can only be reset and not viewed or retrieved) and we encrypt it when it is transmitted (such as when you authenticate). You, however, are also responsible for keeping your password secure, never disclose it to anyone.

We urge you to be careful about giving out information in public areas of the Website like message boards. The information you share in public areas may be viewed by any user of the Website.

11. COMPLIANCE

Accuracy of Data, Transparency, and Choice

We do our best to keep your data accurate and up to date, to the extent that you provide us with the information that we need to do that. If your data changes (like a new email address), then you’re responsible for notifying us of those changes.

We regularly review our compliance with this Privacy Policy. If we receive a complaint, then we’ll respond to the person who made it.
