AdPlugg is an advertising system that is used by publishers and advertisers to manage and serve their ads.
This Audience Privacy Policy describes AdPlugg's privacy policies in regards to persons viewing ads served by the AdPlugg advertising system.If you would like information regarding the privacy of users of the adplugg.com website and the AdPlugg Services, please read the Privacy Policy.
We’ll start by getting a few definitions out of the way to help you to better understand this policy. When we say "we", "us", "our", the "Company" or “AdPlugg”, we’re referring to Third Set Productions, d/b/a AdPlugg, a State of California sole proprietorship. When we say “you” or “Audience Member”, we’re referring to the person that is viewing or interacting with an ad served by the the AdPlugg Advertising System (the “System”).
The AdPlugg System is used by "Customers" to manage and serve their ads. These Customers may be publishers of online publications such as news sites and blogs, advertisers, who use the System to gain exposure for the products and services that they offer, or any other registered user of the System.
We provide the System through our website https://www.adplugg.com (the “Website”).
AdPlugg doesn't collect personally identifiable information ("Personal Information") regarding Audience Members. Personal Information is defined as information by which you may be personally identified, such as your name, postal address, e-mail address or telephone number ("Personal Information").
We do, however, collect Anonymous Information, which is information that cannot reasonably be used to personally identify you. In addition, we collect Aggregate Information which is information about groups or categories of Audience Members, this information is also anonymous and cannot reasonably be used to personally identify you.
If there are any changes to this Audience Privacy Policy, we’ll post them on the Website and they will be effective as of the date that they were posted to the Website. Please revisit the Website and this page to stay aware of any changes. The date the audience privacy policy was last revised is identified at the top of the page.

To provide you, the Audience Member, with an optimal advertising experience, as well as to provide statistics regarding the Service to our Customers, AdPlugg collects certain types of information. As mentioned above, we do not collect Personal Information. These are the types of information that we collect:
When you are shown or when you click on an ad, we may record event data regarding the impression or click event that occurred. The event is stored in our systems using only Anonymous Information. The Anonymous Information may include your IP address, time, date, browser used, and where the event occurred.
Our Systems periodically aggregate this Anonymous Information into Aggregate Information.
Cookies help to enhance your experience on the web. We use cookies to perform statistical analysis such as determining the number of unique users who viewed an advertisement.
To communicate ad events with our Systems, we may use single pixel gifs, also called web beacons.
AdPlugg uses the Anonymous Information and Aggregate Information to provide our Customers with ad performance statistics. These statistics may include how many times an ad was viewed or how many times an ad was clicked.
AdPlugg charges our customers based on how many impressions their ads receive. This metric accurately measures the load that their use of the System puts on our servers and other resources. To bill our customers, we use the aggregate impression data for their account.
AdPlugg may use Anonymous Information to determine whether or not events that have been recorded were fraudulent.
To provide the Service, AdPlugg uses certain Third Party Data Processors such as hosting companies. These Data Processors provide storage and processing resources for the Anonymous Information and Aggregate Information
We are very selective with the Third Parties that we choose to partner with and only select Third Party partners that we believe are committed to personal privacy.
Our publishers have control over the data that they have collected or that they have access to. This Audience Privacy Policy does not apply to our Customer's websites products or services. While we encourage our customers to adhere to proper privacy practices, AdPlugg does not operate or control the websites, products or services of our Customers. Please contact our Customers directly if you have questions regarding their privacy policies and practices.
While our advertising services may reach individuals of any age, we do not knowingly or intentionally collect information from children under 13. We do not permit our Customers to use the System to target children under 13 years of age.
We do everything in our power to keep your Personal Information from entering our systems. It is a violation of our Terms of Use for any user or Customer to use the System in a manner that would leak Personal Information.
We regularly review our compliance with this Audience Privacy Policy. If we receive a complaint, then we’ll respond to the person who made it.
