Why does my HTML5 Banner not show on a definied zone or placement?

We defined a zone (without specific heigth and width) and a placement and uploaded a zip file with the html5 banner as it is described within the section "custom". But the banner is not visible on the website.

On the position where the banner should be shown we implemented the following tag: <div class="adplugg-tag" data-adplugg-zone="test"> </div>

The Zone is called "Test" and the Placement is called "Placement Test". The Banner would like to use in this position has the name "Test Banner HTML 5"

The website on which we would like to use the banner is http://von2015clone.neuim.net/. The banner should be shown between the navigation and the slider.
