My ad doesnt show at all on my site here is the code:

It looks like you are close, just edit your ads and remove the Zone targeting.
You want to have your Ads targeted to your Placements and then your Placements targeted to the Zone. If you target an Ad to a Placement and to a Zone directly as well, the ad has two ways to get into the Zone and won't rotate properly.
