Hi! When my new slide-in ad is live, none of the other ads display on the site. What can I do to address this?
Also, the ad stays up for several seconds after I click the X to close the slide in. Is there a way to control this?

I'd recommend adding a special Zone to your site that is for popup Ads such as Slide-Ins. I usually call it "Utility" and put it just inside the closing <body> tag (though anywhere at the root level of the page will work). Once you have that Zone placed, target your Slide-In Ad to it. This will keep the Ad from interfering other Ads.
Are you talking about how the Slide-In fades out instead of closing instantly? If so, we don't currently have a way for you to control that. You could suggest it on our Feedback and Ideas Forum.
