Add a Timed Rotate Feature

The only reason i am not using add plugin right now is because my ads do not rotate on a timer. they stack on top of each other. Please add this feature soon so I can use adplugg

What if we just want to rotate one spot? This feature moves ad's to a different spot on my site. Literally just replace one image with the next (if that makes sense)
