Add save button to top of screen - Edit screens

Power user suggestion - add floating Save button to the top of screen on pages where you edit stuff 

this allows fast quick minor edits - eg, changing the name of a banner, requires scrolling down to the bottom of the screen to save  

leave the current save/cancel buttons at the bottom - just add a floating save/cancel buttons at the top :)
