It would be great to have the option to create folders to organize ads that belong to a specific campaign, then being able to upload multiple ads to that campaign versus uploading one at a time.

Hi there, great idea! We don't have anything exactly like what you are describing but we do have some somewhat similar features. With the AdPlugg Business Plan, you can create Advertiser entries and then organize your Ads by Advertiser. We also have internal tools for importing Ads from CSV/data files. We use these tools to import ads for some of our enterprise customers. If you have a bunch of ads in a spreadsheet or file, let us know, we might be able to import it for you.
