Is there a way to bill clients for ads?

Not yet but it's on the list! Should hopefully be available sometime early 2015.

Great. One thing that would be nice is the ability to charge using both impressions and clicks for an ad. Most other systems make you pick one or the other. I would like to use both at the same time.
