As mentioned in the links above, when you serve ads with AdPlugg, they are not personalized and do not utilize cookies, therefore serving ads using AdPlugg is exempt under Recital 26 (Not applicable to anonymous data) of the GDPR.
Note that if you have enrolled in the AdPlugg Network and are serving programmatic exchange ads, the ads are likely personalized and would require consent.
