Just wondering if this were possible.
It would help being able to sell the same banner location to specific areas to benefit certain advertisers and us.

Update (2023-10-18): Geotargeting is available as part of the AdPlugg Business Plan. Using the Geotargeting feature, you can target your ads to Zip/postal code, city, county, state/province, country, etc.
