Is there anyway to get it to not say "AdPlugg.com" and "waiting for AdPlugg.com" when it opens in a new tab?

People often get ad blindness and ignore banner ads, so I make my own ad pictures that look more like the pictures I have on my article posts.  That way people will be more likely to actually click on them.  But, when the ad opens in a new tab, unfortunately that tab will say "AdPlugg.com" and then "waiting for AdPlugg.com" at first.  I really don't like that because it could alert people to the fact that they're being sent to an ad, and then they may just decide exit out of the new window before the sales video even starts.  Of course they'll probably figure out that it was an ad after they get to watching the sales video, but hopefully the video will be good enough to suck them in and hold their attention by that point. 

So, I'm wondering, is there anyway to get it to not say "AdPlugg.com" and "waiting for AdPlugg.com" when it opens in a new tab?
