my photos are long and skinny. I have tried a horizontal and a vertical. do they have to be a certain size?

Any size ad should work. What happens when the ad is active?

Nothing in AdPlugg should cause that to happen. It is likely an issue with your WordPress theme. If you re-enable the ad I can take a look and see if there is a way to fix it.

Hi, I took a look at your account and it looks like you've set the start date on your ad to 2015-08-01.  Since this date is still a couple of days away, your ad hasn't started running yet.  If you'd like your ad to display immediately, simply remove the start date.

Since I couldn't make the photo work. I just changed the date so the ad wouldn't show up on my site.
