I have some ads that look great on desktop, but when on mobile I'd prefer to serve a different ad or format. Is this possible?
Yes, AdPlugg supports responsive HTML5 ads. You can see a demo of this here:

The ad can either use CSS and a responsive layout (like in the demo) or you can have the ad change images depending on the window size.
