Hello! I am trying to figure out why the ads disappear periodically on the website but then sometimes show up. I am using the code directly instead of the widgets or anything like that. I am using Divi Theme and Builder.
It looks like, based on the End Dates that you've set on them that, your Ads are pretty much all expired. There are two Ads that aren't expired but those two Ads target Zones that don't appear on your home page (or your article pages).
You can see which Ads are currently active (and not expired) by opening the "Filter/Search/Options" bar above the Ads list. Then filter the list to "Active" ads.
I'd recommend moving your expired Ads to your archive. That will make your Ads list much more manageable. You can do this by using the Actions menu next to the Ad in the Ads list. Please contact us if you would like us to run a script to move all of your expired ads to your archive.
If there is a specific Ad that isn't showing on a specific page as you would like it to, please contact us with the details (which Ad and which page) and we'll take a look.
