Uploaded a box ad, 300w x 250h, and when I save the ad it shows a "broken image" icon instead of the ad. I have no restrictions set on my ads. What can I do?
It looks like the issue is that you have reserved characters in your image file name. The specific problem is your use of the hash (#) symbol in the file name. The hash symbol is used to specify the part of the page to scroll to when the web page loads (for example: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/URI_fragment#Examples). Please rename your image file to only include URL safe characters. I'd recommend just using lowercase letters, numbers, hyphens and underscores (for example: "my-ad-image_300x250.png").
